It's a Winter sunrise on Lake Orestiada. This lake that can freeze during Winter is in Macedonian region of Greece, near the beautiful city Kastoria. Orestiada is surrounded by wooded hills, lakeside forests, wet meadows, reeds, marshes and fields. Lake Orestiada is also known as Lake of Kastoria. Kastoria is a region of Macedonia located in northwestern Greece. Lake Orestida is approximately 10 square miles in size and the Kastoria peninsula, with the town of Kastoria, divides the lake into two parts, the larger to the north and the smaller to the south.
