"Forester Moths"
The eight-spotted forester is a moth of the family Noctuidae. This insect is found in the eastern part of the United States and parts of Canada and Mexico. This type of moth is black with 2 white or yellow spots on each wing with a wingspan of 1 3/16 to 1.5"" (30-37 mm).
