An early morning view of the Chicago cityscape centered on the 100-story, 1,128 foot tall John Hancock Center, officially renamed 875 North Michigan Avenue in 2018. This immense skyscraper is currently the fifth-tallest Chicago building and the thirteenth-tallest in the United States, behind the Aon Center in Chicago. The building was named for John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, a developer and original tenant of the building.
