Seljalandsfoss is one of Iceland's most famous and beloved waterfalls, with its impressive height of 200 feet, and fantasy-like appearance. The name Seljalandsfoss translates to “selling the land of waterfalls.” The fall can produce huge clouds of mists and is often perfectly set in sunlight to create several rainbows. Tourists can also walk fully behind the fall, making it a perfect spot to take pictures. This beautiful waterfall is one of Iceland's most accessible and certainly one of its most popular spots for a winter trip.
