Aurora Borealis can be found in high-altitude regions around the Arctic and Antarctic. Disturbances in the magnetosphere caused by the solar wind are what cause the Aurora Borealis to appear. Electrons and Protons precipitate due to the disturbances which help give off the colorful look of the Aurora Borealis.
