Starry night with the Milky Way galaxy by the ocean seashore. This captivating photo was taken at the southern tip of Mallorca (or Majorca), which is the largest of the Balearic Islands located on the Mediterranean Sea. The Balearic Islands are considered a Spanish archipelago in the Balearic Sea and is near the eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula. Its four largest islands are Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera. Many of its minor islands and islets are close to the larger islands, including Cabrera, Dragonera, and S'Espalmador. The archipelago is an autonomous community and a province of Spain; its capital is Palma located on the island of Mallorca. This beautiful picture was captured in a remote setting on Mallorca approximately 35 miles southeast of Palma.
